Our team will leverage our cloud application, 1TrakIt-Work It to record, prioritize, track & report on all service requests; maximizing the facility’s amenity & infrastructure uptime.

Striden’s personnel will perform daily inspections of lobbies, conference rooms, convention centers, and common areas to ensure the spaces are clean & properly maintained.

  • Troubleshoot & perform all light maintenance requests
  • Generate work order tickets
  • Space planning / internal personnel moves, adds, and changes
  • Security/access badges / key inventory
  • Supply inventory of tools
