Striden offers full-time employees access to Medical and Pharmacy coverage through United Health Care and Dental and Vision Coverage through UNUM. Striden pays 50% of the employee’s insurance premiums. The Healthcare options and 2024 costs include:
* PLAN 1 – UHC Choice Plus 500/ Employee Monthly Cost – $151.48
* PLAN 2 -UHC Choice Plus HAS 1600 / Employee Monthly Cost – $119.39
* PLAN 3 -Choice Plus HAS 5000 / Employee Monthly Cost – $68.89
Dental and Vision Coverage includes an orthodontia services along with standard dental and vision coverage. Striden pays 50% of the employees’ insurance premium. Employees currently pay $17.12per month for both plans.
Striden provides each full-time employee with a $50,000 life insurance policy and Long-Term Disability policy at no cost to the employee.

Full-time employees enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan can establish a Health Saving Account. There are no federal taxes on contributions made to the plan, and the money in the account is tax-free when used for health care expenses. Plus, any unused funds remain with the employees’ accounts from year to year, earning tax-free interest and/or dividends.
All full-time employees earn Paid Time Off when they start employment with Striden.
Full-time employees receive (at a minimum) 7 paid holidays per year. However, if a client recognizes additional holidays, any employee working at that client will also receive the clients’ holidays as a paid holiday. The 7 holidays that are paid for all full-time employees include:
* New Year’s Day
* Memorial Day
* Independence Day
* Labor Day
* Thanksgiving Day
* Day after Thanksgiving
* Christmas Day
All full-time employees are paid for up to 10 working days off due to the birth or placement of a child.
Full-time employees are eligible for 2 days of paid Bereavement Leave in the event of an immediate family member’s death.
Full-time employees are able to voluntarily purchase disability insurance providing income protection if they are unable to perform their job due to illness, injury, pregnancy and childbirth. Disability benefits pay up to 60% of covered earnings.
Striden offers all employees the option to save on their work commute by paying for eligible mass transit and/or parking expenses with pretax dollars, allowing employees to pay for transportation costs and avoid paying income taxes on those dollars.
All employees are eligible to participate on the 1st day of the quarter following their 6-month anniversary. Striden makes a non-elective 3% contribution on regular wages to all employees eligible in the plan.
Striden offers employees and their dependents access to the United Health Care EAP which offers a variety of resources to support every aspect of our employees’ health and well-being, including:
* Physical Health – access to registered nurses, licensed clinicians, chronic condition management, substance use disorder support, hospitalization, recovery and well-being.
* Emotional Health – access to Sanvello, Talkspace, Virtual and on-demand therapy, face-to-face counseling, crisis support, critical incident response and disaster recovery.
* Social Health – assistance and support for parenting, caregiving, childcare, eldercare, school and education, pets and military and veterans.

The Paycor Learning Management System (LMS) provides employees with a valuable platform for professional growth and skill development. It allows for self-paced learning, enabling employees to access courses at their convenience, which fosters a better balance between training and job responsibilities. With a wide range of courses available, employees can enhance both soft skills and technical expertise, helping them advance their careers. The LMS also offers personalized learning paths tailored to individual roles and career goals, ensuring relevant skill development.

Our PROCESS Methodology mandates training commence on the first day of employment for all employees. Training continues on-site between the employee and their Manager/Supervisor. We focus on familiarizing new hires with the core customer service skills required to be successful within a Managed Services environment. Stridens Manager/Supervisor will continue developing and focusing on the expansion of site specific skills to promote success. Our Managers/Supervisors are responsible for collaboratively establishing a customized, professional development plan with each team member. The plan incorporates all client contracted service offerings into a cross-training matrix that fully prepares our team to deliver great customer service. The Operations Manager will routinely review training progress to validate the employee’s ability to meet or exceed established competency levels.
