Striden responded to a competitive RFP that included 3 vendors. Client key pain points included inconsistent service delivery, outdated technology, recurring staff turnover, high cost & rigid solution model.

Striden was awarded the contract to provide FM services displacing a 17-year incumbent. Planned, coordinated & executed the seamless transition of services during the Covid pandemic. Assumed the Managed Print Services agreement associated with twenty-three assets. Introduced cloud technology workflow; increasing operational efficiency while decreasing labor & software costs by 22%. Expanded services to include on-site notary and high touch point sanitization.
