Marcelo Espinosa
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF DELIVERY
Marcelo is the heartbeat of Striden. He has over 25 years of experience establishing strong customer partnerships through the development, implementation, and management of outsourced facilities, workplace hospitality and office service solutions. He cares deeply for his team, partners, and clients. Marcelo’s understanding of our clients’ culture and service workflows, coupled with his engagement and experience developing client-focused teams, facilitates the successful launch of new partnerships and enhancement of the workplace experience.
Ross Colomb
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Ross is the anchor of the organization. He began his career in the US Navy, where he honed his leadership, organizational, and motivational skills. With over two decades of experience in the Facilities Management and Office Services industry, his passion for helping others in their careers is foundational to Striden’s people-focused mission. He enjoys helping employees recognize their strengths and areas for growth, motivating them to reach their career goals. As a proven leader, he consistently exceeds clients’ expectations through effective delivery and management of their engagements. His southern charm, combined with his depth of experience in logistics, helps to bring calmness during high-demand peak periods.
Eric Middleton
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Eric met Ross and Marcelo 8 years ago and loved the idea building a Facility Management Company together. Fast forward and now we have Striden! As a technologist, investor, and entrepreneur, Eric connects processes and people to transform organizations. With over 25 years of experience in running and building companies Eric is a passionate leader who brings an innovative approach and a burst of energy to every client organization. He believes in hiring great people and taking care of them! Eric grew up in the Washington DC area, has two kids, married, and loves to jog with his two black labs, Basil and Pepper.

Ashleigh Fiora
VP, HEAD OF STRATEGY & SALES
Ashleigh Fiora is the Vice President and Head of Strategy & Sales at Striden, she brings over 15 years of expertise and a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences! Known for her professional presentation and personable nature, Ashleigh has a proven track record of success, having won numerous awards for exceeding sales quotas and spearheading new business development across the country.
Her leadership style combines strategic thinking with a client-focused approach, consistently driving results and fostering long-lasting relationships. Ashleigh’s commitment extends beyond her professional life; she is actively involved in her community, supporting local school fundraising efforts and volunteering.
A graduate of Towson University with a BS degree, Ashleigh currently resides in Maryland with her daughter, Gianna, and their Goldendoodle, Layla.
Krishna Nair
TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR
In his 14 years working at the intersection of audience and technology, Krishna has lead large-scale integrations of systems and data, managed content across omni-channel platforms and worked with some of the best-known brands including Nike, Western Union, Verizon, Sprint, ADT and Harvard University.
Krishna loves to spend time reading business and technology books and playing and collecting figurines from shootout games. He lives in Ashburn, VA, with his wife and two sons (one human son and one furry son, a Yorkiepoo). Krishna holds an honors bachelor’s degree in mathematics and an MBA in information technology from Symbiosis International University, India.
Blair Ruscello
DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE SERVICES
Blair has been working in Human Resources for the past 5 years, where she loves helping people grow and succeed in their careers and is dedicated to cultivating a workplace that is both positive and supportive. Before starting her HR career, Blair was a professional Ballerina, at Orlando and Cincinnati Ballet a background that has shaped her dedication, discipline, and grace in everything she does.
Nicholas Fuller
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
A graduate of Oakland University in Michigan, Nick has spent the past 5 years developing his expertise in finance. Known for his love of numbers and attention to detail, he brings accuracy and dedication to his work. Outside of the office, Nick resides in Michigan with his Bengal cat, Sal, and his Chihuahua, Henry, who keep him on his toes with their unique personalities.
